Red giant universe license7/9/2023 ![]() Red Giant doesn't seem to be interested in answering support emails, but I'm curious if anyone else here is experiencing the same issues. My red giant login to the application manager also times out frequently, so I have to log back in and go through all the effects to get rid of the red X on all layers using Universe, Particular, Horizon etc. ![]() The plugins were installed pre-update and seem to still work in After Effects ( though licensing keeps dropping out), but what is going on? For a perpetual upgrade to the plugins I use I have to contact sales, as this isn't even available in the webshop. There's also a link to upgrade them, but that just tries to sell me some kind of Maxon subscription that I don't need or want. you do the Effects Suite but you license it on a yearly basis and have access to. But it does show MBS v14 and TS v16 and also shows a partial license for these, whatever that means. New to Red Giant is an online membership based service called Universe. The Application manager doesn't even list these. I have the Magic Bullet Suite v13 and Trapcode Suite v15. ![]() Now, none of my products show up as installed. Recently (end of last year) I was prompted to, so I updated the Red Giant Application Manager to the latest version. ![]()
